Fine Fibers Ordering . . .

As a small business with limited and unique one of a kind items, we sell on a first come, first serve basis. Shipping fees will be as close to actual shipping costs as we can get, and there are no handling fees. Insurance is optional, but we can not be held responsible for loss or damage for uninsured orders.

At this time, orders may be placed by phone, email or US mail, or you may arrange a visit by appointment to shop in our studio. When ordering, please specify how you would like your order shipped.

Please email or call us to check item availability, to verify color and for a shipping quote.

All orders will be confirmed by email message. Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, cashiers check, personal check, or by money order. If not paying by credit card, items will be returned to stock ten days after your email confirmation , unless payment has been received, or otherwise arranged.

Returns: Please get authorization before making a return. Arrangements for a return, must be within ten days of receipt and returned in original, saleable condition, to receive a full refund. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.
